What We're Looking For

Ideal candidate profile for Sales Staff position

Education

Minimum 12th pass (HSC). Graduation preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates welcome.

Experience

0-3 years of experience in sales. Prior experience in financial services or banking is a plus but not required.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi. Good interpersonal skills.

Sales Skills

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.

Tech Savvy

Basic computer knowledge. Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and digital tools for sales.

Attitude

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Willingness to learn and grow.
